2. Conditions of service provision (Rights verification)

NOTE: Before proceeding with emergency opening, the client is obliged to prove the right to the premises or vehicle. The service provider requires the presentation of an ID card, lease agreement, deed of ownership, or vehicle registration certificate. In case of justified doubts, the service provider has the right to call the police before performing the service.

3. Scope of services provided

 
• Emergency opening of apartments and houses.
 
• Emergency opening of cars and vehicles.
 
• Installation, replacement, and repair of locks and Master Key systems.
 
• 24/7 locksmith emergency service in Warsaw.

4. Prices and payments

Prices provided on the website are illustrative prices “from”. An exact quote is provided over the phone or on-site after assessing the degree of difficulty. We accept cash and non-cash payments. We issue a VAT invoice or a receipt for every service.

5. Liability and warranty

We strive to open locks in a non-invasive way. However, in the event of mechanical damage to the lock by the user or a failure of the bolting system, it may be necessary to use invasive methods, about which the client is informed before work.
