Privacy policy (GDPR)

This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data of service users, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

1. Personal data administrator

The administrator of your personal data is LOCKSMITH PL Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (02-001), Al. Jerozolimskie 85/21, entered into the register of entrepreneurs under the number KRS: 0001228884, NIP: 7011303624.

2. Purpose and basis of processing

Personal data (name, phone number, arrival address) are processed for the purpose of:

• • Service provision: Necessary for the performance of the locksmith service (Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR).
• • Contact: Responding to telephone inquiries and arranging arrival details.
• • Billing: Issuing a VAT invoice and maintaining accounting records.

3. Data retention period

Data will be stored for the period necessary to perform the service and the time required by tax law regulations (5 years from the end of the tax year).

4. Your rights

You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, delete it (“right to be forgotten”), restrict processing, and lodge an objection with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

5. Data sharing

Data is not sold. It may be transferred only to trusted partners (accounting office, hosting) and authorized state authorities (Police) in situations specified by law.
